Home Owner Reminders
• Any architectural change to your home must be approved
by the HOA board of directors. You can request an ACC application
by calling Richard Russell (our management agent) at 301-258-7711
ext 17, you can also download and mail your ACC
application to: Meadows at North Lake, PO Box 1130, Germantown,
MD 20875
• Please remember that trash pickup is on Tuesdays and
Fridays, recycling on Tuesdays only. Trash and recycling should
be placed in front of your home no earlier than dawn on the trash
pickup day. Residents MUST
contact the county before placing large items, such as furniture
or appliances, on the curb. The county provides scrap metal recycling
but you must request the pickup at least one day prior to collection
day. You can do that by calling the county at 240-777-6410 or
by submitting
a form online.
• If you believe
your car was wrongfully towed from Meadows property, ask the towing
company to show you the photographs justifying their actions when
you pick up your vehicle. Please review the parking rules to prevent
this from happening to you.
