The Homeowners Association of directors is made up of 5-9 homeowners who work with the management agent to ensure provision of services (e.g., trash collection and snow removal), solve problems, and initiate and approve projects to improve and maintain common areas. Any homeowner can run for election to the board. Elections are held during the annual meeting each April. Homeowners are welcome to attend meetings.
