common turf area, street light power and maintenance, repair and
replacement of the streets, curbing and sidewalks.

The community has not established a way to provide this service.

Payments not received by late date will be charged a late fee.
Continued non-payment will result in a lien being placed against
your property, legal collection action, and loss of parking privileges.

a penalty fee?
The fifteenth of every month.

Complete the nomination form mailed in February of every year
to have your name listed on the ballot.
• When are elections held?
Members of the Board of Directors are elected at the annual meeting
held in April.

The Board of Directors meet at 7:30 p.m. on the second Thursday
of every month in the Upcounty Regional Services Center.

the spaces I your before the vehicle in violation can get towed.

T-bone parking is illegal, call towing or police?
• Can I give my parking permit to my overnight
guest and park my vehicle without a parking pass in my reserve
space?
No, every vehicle in Meadows at North Lake property must have
a parking permit display inside the vehicle.
• Will I still get my parking permits if I am late
on my HOA dues?

You can asked a neighbor with one vehicle to lend you their second
pass or you can also rent parking spaces located by the tennis
courts
• How do I get my parking permits?
Parking permits are distribute yearly or every 6 months via postal
mail as long as you are in good stading with your dues and are
not in violation of an HOA rule.

We have two weekly trash pickups, Tuesday and Friday.
• When is recycling pickup?
Recycling pickup is ONLY
on Tuesdays

We do not have a contract with our trash collector for bulk trash
pick up.
You need to bring your bulk trash to the Shady Grove Waste Station.
